The Spurred Band can boost movement, and you can find it in the Whispering Depths during Act 1 of Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3).
Spurred Band
In Baldur’s Gate 3 the Spurred Band is a ring accessory which can temporarily grant increased movement speed to the character that has it equipped. The Frantic Urgency bonus grants the user 1 turn of Momentum when you start your combat turn with 50% hit points or less.
Momentum is a Condition in Baldur’s Gate 3 which increases your movement speed. Therefore, any character under this condition can move 1.5 meters farther than they normally could. If the character wearing the Spurred Band comes under pressure from enemies which drops their health below 50%, then the extra distance could potentially help them retreat from further damage.

How to Get Spurred Band in Baldur’s Gate 3
To get the Spurred Band in Baldur’s Gate 3 you need to first find your way into the Whispering Depths and then located the skeleton holding the ring. You’ll find the entrance to the Whispering Depths at the Blighted Village in Act 1, which is about right in the center of the map. You should enter the village from the south, rather than use the main east gate. Through the east entrance lies an ambush. If you go around the village to the south, then you can more easily sneak up on a few goblin guards.
Head north once inside the village and look for the Well in the near center. Interact with it and pass a low Investigation check to discover the bottom. Climb down and you’ll be inside the caverns of the Whispering Depths. There are a number of spider enemies down here, including the Phase Spider Matriarch boss.
However, you don’t have to face the boss in order to get the ring. From the bottom of the Well, walk down the cave path and then take a right at the first split. Just a little ways to the north you will find a skeleton on the ground. Loot it to receive the Spurred Band.
